Full-package Registration
Full-package registration for the World Balloon Convention 2012 includes:

Payments
Hold your place at the WBC 2012 with a 50% deposit upon registration beginning September 1, 2011. The remaining balance is due by March 6, 2012. PLEASE NOTE: Remaining balances will NOT automatically be charged to your credit card. You are responsible for making sure balances are paid prior to arriving at the convention.

Cancellations
If you must cancel your WBC registration, you will receive a refund minus
a $50 service charge before March 6, 2012. Any cancellations after March 6 will be considered on an individual basis and may not qualify for a refund.

*A ticket to the WBC Grand Gala and admission to the Qualatex Plant Tour is included only with proof of registration at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel (minimum four night stay required including Saturday night stay). Please check into the hotel first, then bring your proof of registration to the WBC Registration Desk to receive your Welcome Packet and event tickets. If you’re not staying at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, WBC Grand Gala tickets will be available for an additional charge per person. The Qualatex Plant Tour is only available to Full-package Delegates staying at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.
