Full-package Registration

Full-package registration for the World Balloon Convention 2014 includes:
• Access to all available WBC classes.
• Admission to the Thursday Night Costume Party
• Admission to the WBC Grand Gala*
• And more!

Payments
To hold your place at the WBC 2014, we only require a 50% deposit upon registration beginning September 2, 2013. The remaining balance is due by March 5, 2014. PLEASE NOTE: Remaining balances will NOT automatically be charged to your credit card. You are responsible for making sure balances are paid prior to arriving at the convention.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you must cancel your WBC registration, you will receive
a refund minus a $100 commitment fee BEFORE February 26, 2014. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations made after February 26, 2014, will not qualify for a refund.

Competition fees, WBC Educational Handbook fees, and other charges separate from WBC registration fees are non-refundable.

*A ticket to the WBC Grand Gala is included only with proof of registration at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel (minimum four night stay required including Saturday night stay). Please check into the hotel first, then bring your proof of registration to the WBC Registration Desk to receive your Welcome Packet and event tickets. If you’re not staying at the Sheraton Downtown Denver Hotel, WBC Grand Gala tickets will be available for an additional charge per person.
