Inventory Check-In Appointment Request Form

Please complete this form to schedule an appointment with the WBC Competition Officials to take inventory of the balloon product, SDS, and other equipment which you pre-ordered from Pioneer. You will be allowed to open boxes, inventory, and organize all of your balloons and other product during this specified 30-minute period only. You will not be allowed to do any kind of work or construction and you will be accompanied by a competition official. If you miss your designated time, we cannot reschedule your appointment. Please indicate below your first, second, and third choices of appointment times. Times will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
